Need specifications on the the seal we use. Feel free to look over the specs from Gemseal. Unless otherwise specified we stick to what we know.

Sealcoat Season
A simple answer to when is our season is that it depends on the weather. The asphalt has to be 50 degrees Fahrenheit and rising. It also has to have no rain, dew, a/c run-off etc. Completely dry.
Generally speaking, sealcoat season is between April -November.
