Comments:
After reviewing the manufacturer notes both units have their pros and cons: we personally have one from each manufacturer.
Titan has one of the longest industry warranties. The hydraulic fluid pump has an elite lifetime warranty. Titan Tools unit has only two field wearable parts which means there aren’t many replacements that will be needed.
From the notes Graco’s Linelazer 3400 25M224 tends to have a more versatile frame. Graco also has a larger sized capacity paint reservoir for a 15 gallon hopper. The max Titan Tool Powrliner 3500 OEM# 0537015 provides is a 12 gallon hopper.
Both units allow for one gun compatibility. Gracos unit allows for swivel capabilities so you can get curb lines ; however, Titan Tool compensates for this by making the gun removable so you can paint stencils and other hard to reach areas.
*they are both capable of spraying heavy materials for striping paints that are needed for road ways or parking lots.
